In 2000, the DOE contracted with The University of Iowa College of Public Health to coordinate FWP medical screenings for Line 1 / Division B / Burlington Atomic Energy Commission Plant (BAECP) former workers at the Iowa Army Ammunition Plant (IAAP) near Burlington, Iowa.
